Before I leave to get groceries I roughly map out meals for the week. And when I say rough, I mean it. The same breakfast every day, the same 3 meals for lunches and so on. It's very boring, BUT it helps me think through what I need to restock and then I can make my list right there on the edge of the planner. It's super convenient and has been a lifesaver for me.
