Important: After restoration we discovered that someone tried to clean previous residue off it by using what is called a "wire wheel"

It has been restored and seasoned three times with organic beef tallow and is all ready to get cooking

This 18th Century Gate Marked long griddle has been restored from WELL over a century of use, and is now back to life in fantastic working condition for you or as a gift for the home chef. The handles sit off the surface so they are easier to handle when over two burners. The bottom surface is in wonderful condition and sits flat enough to be used on any cooking surface. The depth of the griddle is about 1 2 inch so it is
