Ar.Pe.Pe, Rosso di Valtellina (2022) 1.5L we run the stills --Lombardy, Italy. 100% Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo). This is a rare grape variety that, over the centuries, has adapted to the Valtellina, a land like no other, where everything is still done by hand. 50 100 year old vines, sourced from lower slopes of Sassella and Grumello vineyards at 350 400 meters. The wine is aromatic, easy to drink and feels like a cross over between Piemonte and Burgundy. Its a precise and refined wine with loads of red fruits
