Peerless No 6 Fly Reel 6'6" An excellent Aroner Hunt Pattern

An excellent Aroner Hunt Pattern that was completed in the mid-to-late 1980's and which is mint and unfished

Wrapped dark brown with yellow edges

Wrapped tan with red edges

there is no ferrule convention for the length of the slide

and this quad is a phenomenal example of Sam's legendary work and a must-have for any serious collector

Peerless No 6 Fly Reel 6'6" An excellent Aroner Hunt PatternAn excellent Peerless #6 fly reel, 3 1 2" diameter, 2" wide, and set up for RHW. This reel has a nice large capacity and large drag. This model was one of Peerless' largest, suitable for two handed or large single hand rods. I could find zero sign of any use except for the fact it is loaded with a line and backing. No nicks scuffs or scratches of any sort. If I were to hazard a guess the line might be a #9. Original peerless pouch. A nice option here
