The rod weighs 3 3 4 oz with the up locking reel seat. 7 1 2' 2 2 for a 4 or 5 weight line. The rod is in near mint original condition. The reel seat bears the Payne trademark stamp and a three digit serial number from the Walt Carpenter era.
