It will largely fill the hole left by Quick Ball (and Capture Energy), although since it puts the Pokmon directly in play, it cant be used with Lumineon V

The trick is building a deck with no cards that cost one or two mana, then using cascade spells like Violent Outburst and Shardless Agent to guarantee you cascade into Footfalls every time, putting two 4/4s into play as early as turn three
